The Fall Of Dragon God

Chapter One — The Night Heaven Trembled

For ten thousand years, the Dragon God had never fallen.

He ruled above the Nine Heavens, feared by gods, demons, and mortals alike.

His name was Azeroth.

With a single breath, he could split mountains.

With a single roar, he could shake the heavens.

And with a single thought, he could erase an entire kingdom.

But on that night...

He was defeated.

Lightning covered the heavens as thousands of celestial soldiers surrounded the Dragon Palace.

At the center of the battlefield stood Azeroth, his golden dragon armor shattered, blood dripping from the corner of his mouth.

Across from him stood a man dressed in black.

"The era of the Dragon God ends tonight," the man said.

Azeroth laughed.

Even wounded, his voice made the heavens tremble.

"Ends?"

His golden eyes burned.

"You mistake defeat for death."

The black-robed man raised his sword.

Then—

BOOM!

A beam of divine lightning struck Azeroth.

His body fell from the heavens.

The gods watched in silence as the Dragon God's enormous body disappeared into the clouds below.

No one knew where he would land.

No one knew whether he would survive.

And no one knew that, thousands of miles away...

A newborn child suddenly opened his eyes.

Golden light flashed across them.

The old woman holding him froze.

For a brief moment, she saw something impossible reflected in the baby's eyes.

A dragon.

Azeroth's dragon.

The old woman whispered:

"Impossible..."

Outside, thunder exploded across the night sky.

The baby smiled.

And somewhere beneath the earth...

the fallen Dragon God opened his eyes.

"Who... dared to kill me?"
